Delete your account

Request deletion of your Kelvi Patient or Kelvi Clinician app account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete in the app

If you can sign in, the fastest way is in the app. Open Settings, then select Delete Account. Your account and its data are deleted immediately.

If you cannot sign in, have forgotten your password, or have already uninstalled the app, use the form on this page. Requests submitted here are processed within 30 days.

How it works

  1. 1 Submit the form with the details on your account.
  2. 2 We email you to verify the request came from the account holder.
  3. 3 Once verified, we delete the account.

What is deleted

Your account and all personal data associated with it, including your profile information and your treatment history. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If your account is linked to a clinician or a patient, that link is removed. Their account remains, but anything that came from your account, such as assigned treatment plans and sessions, is removed from theirs as well. We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until they are routinely deleted.
